Abstract
This scientific reflection presents the concept of MAR – Reproductive Artisanal Methodology, developed within the GAESEMA Philosophy as a structural and functional response to the crisis of Western economic and productive models in both African and global contexts. MAR emerges as a philosophical, economic, and social system, adaptable to diverse realities, grounded in reformed and developed inflation, with the capacity for self-sustainability and adjustment to any human productive model. This article aims to explain the role of MAR as a viable alternative for the economic and financial management of developing states, with particular emphasis on the consequences of technological unemployment, monetary transformation, and geopolitical conflicts in the 21st century. MAR is presented not only as a methodology of production but as a structuring axis of a new commercial, economic, and educational reform based on the spirituality of human production.

1. Introduction
The global crisis of productive and public management models is increasingly evident with the rise of robotics, monetary digitalization, and the exhaustion of classical structures of economic organization. Within this context, the GAESEMA Philosophy introduces the concept of MAR – Reproductive Artisanal Methodology, a system proposed by Gilson Guilherme Miguel Ângelo as a theoretical-practical instrument to reform the foundations of production, consumption, recycling, and investment, particularly in the peripheral states of the global system.
First introduced in the work The System – The Root Book of the GAESEMA Philosophy, MAR is grounded in human artisanal production, adaptable to the economic reality of any society. It seeks to balance the effects of inflation with a philosophical and spiritual approach to the value of products and productive activity.
2. What is MAR – Reproductive Artisanal Methodology
MAR is a philosophical-economic proposal that combines the artisanal logic of production with a reformed understanding of inflation, creating a system capable of adapting to the multiple crises of the contemporary world. It articulates:
A. Production as a human response to scarcity and necessity;
B. Inflation as a transformable phenomenon and not merely a negative force;
C. Spirituality and productive morality as guides for economic and administrative management;
D. A chameleonic adaptation to any productive, political, or social structure;
E. A proposal for new public management based on the realities of states rather than copying colonial models.
Thus, MAR is simultaneously a survival method, an educational system, an economic philosophy, and a political instrument.
3. MAR as a Response to the Global Crisis
MAR is presented as a concrete response to a set of crises that challenge humanity:
a) Technological Unemployment
Automation and robotics threaten to eliminate millions of jobs. MAR suggests a return to the appreciation of artisanal production and education rooted in practical knowledge and the art of “knowing how to do.”
b) Reformed Inflation
MAR views inflation not as disorder but as raw material for reorganizing the value of products. A developed inflation can generate new productive cycles rather than merely being combated through austerity.
c) Voluntary Migration versus Community Choice
The collapse of local economies drives populations into mass migration. MAR responds with the reterritorialization of production and culture as a form of sovereignty, while respecting above all the cultural will, ideological preferences, and choices of communities—thus avoiding imposed identity obligations.
d) Wars of Ideologies and Power
The clash of world models reveals the bankruptcy of modern ideologies. MAR proposes a new ideology based on the spirituality of production, productive humanism, and respect for the local realities of communities.
4. MAR as an Instrument of Economic, Social, and Public Management
MAR proposes a re-education of public management through three pillars:
A. Human Administration: the management of dignity and the cultural and spiritual values of communities.
B. Economic Administration: the creation of real wealth through the valorization of artisanal labor and productive microeconomy.
C. Financial Administration: the ethical use of resources, grounded in the real origin of value – production.
This model is guided by the GAESEMA University of Understanding, as a center for the study and practical application of the methodology, training leaders capable of applying MAR to community, municipal, national, and continental realities.
5. Final Considerations
MAR is not merely a technical model of management but a civilizational proposal. It is a methodology with a soul, adaptable like a chameleon, and radically connected to the spirit of human production. In the face of the collapse of classical development models, Africa and the world need structural alternatives – and MAR presents itself as such an instrument, born from practice, philosophy, and productive spirituality.
It does not present itself as a denial of progress but as a reconciliation between technology, production, humanity, and morality.
